Can Bondo reveal any data related to users of the platform?

The rules that apply on the bondo.ai Innovation Operating System Platform are the following:

  1. All data submitted to the Platform by any user, belongs to that user;

  1. Data will only be shared when a user decides to share their data, or part of their data;

  1. The Platform has the right to use the user data only:

  • For providing services to users (such as providing insights, feedback and recommended actions to the user, based on the user’s data and the analysis thereof);

  • For providing services to other users, based on the anonymous analysis of user data. Such services will use meta-analysis only and no specific user data will be disclosed to any user, even if that user data is anonymised;

  • For providing anonymous matching services between users based on the users’ profiles. Anonymity will only be lifted in case two matched users so decide;

  1. The Platform will never publish the identity of a user, unless the user decides to lift their anonymity.

  1. In the case of the identification of a specific user with specific qualifications, such as being a “Potential Unicorn”, this information will never be disclosed by the Platform, unless the specific user so decides.

The above is a summary of the rules that apply to the use of data on the bondo.ai Platform, and is part of the General Conditions of use for the Platform.
