Ukraine has one of Europe's most capable technical communities. Bondo Foundation is building the integrating infrastructure that allows that capacity to operate, connect, and create value — despite the disruption around it.
Connect with usThe Foundation's Ukrainian engagement is under way. We are currently identifying and connecting ecosystem participants — researchers, ventures, investors and institutions — in preparation for full platform integration.
Post-conflict reconstruction contexts present a specific and important application of the Bondo Framework. They combine three conditions that, together, create a compelling case for the kind of integrating infrastructure bondo.ai provides:
The same platform that addresses fragmentation in stable ecosystems becomes even more valuable where institutional disruption is severe. bondo.ai does not depend on the physical infrastructure that conflict has disrupted. It operates above it.
The Innovation Operating System provides three things that the Ukrainian innovation ecosystem needs most urgently:
A digital platform that connects Ukrainian ventures, talent and researchers with each other and with the international ecosystem — operating regardless of physical location or institutional disruption.
Structured pathways through which European and international institutional capital can reach Ukrainian ventures that meet investment readiness criteria — with the data infrastructure to evaluate and match with confidence.
ProBondo and the platform's verification systems allow Ukrainian ecosystem participants to build and maintain verifiable track records — retaining the value of what they create even as institutions and personnel are subject to disruption.
Ukrainian engineers, researchers and operators become visible to the international ecosystem on their own terms — not through intermediaries, but through direct, verified profiles that travel with them.
The Foundation's Ukrainian engagement is led by Sénamé Agbossou, who brings deep experience of building platform-based innovation infrastructure across contexts of significant underlying fragmentation. The initiative is currently at the actor-pooling stage — identifying the ventures, researchers, investors and institutions that will form the first cohort on the platform.
We are looking to connect with Ukrainian ventures and research groups; with European and international investors who want a productive channel for deployment into Ukraine; and with institutions and government bodies engaged in reconstruction support. If any of these describe your organisation, we would like to hear from you.
Whether you are a Ukrainian venture, an international investor, or an institution seeking to support reconstruction productively — get in touch.
